Everything you expect from a Mechanic. it was my first time using Tuner Automotive Service and Barrie was absolute exceptional. Welcoming, Knowledgable and an overall positive attitude. Definitely goes a long way especially with mechanics.
I took my car in for a DriveTrain Malfunction which was intermittent and honestly hit or miss depending if the car wanted throw a fit or not. With no obvious error and even plugging in a OBD reader with no avail, I took it down to Barrie and Turner Automotive and by the end of the day, the issue was fixed with barrier providing a full run through of issue (turns out it was a fuel pump relay which Barrie explained he had come across before).
Exceptional service and has definitely earned a lifetime customer.

I have just had my car serviced and MOTed. Barrie and his team provided a quick and responsive service. I have always found that they go above and beyond to help their clients. Keep doing what you are doing (This was my review in 2015)
I am now adding my review from today (March 2025). I turned up with my 25 year old BMW X5 which I love. The window was stuck open. Between them Barrie and Daniel repaired it on the same day and delivered it to my door. I would not be able to have my car without them. They are amazing and part of our local community. Thank you.

Could not be more impressed! My car had an intermittent engine problem. However, the team tried different fixes and explained these to me very carefully. They were clear that if it wasn't fixed they would not charge me for another diagnostic test. When the problem recurred (not their fault), they then knew the problem and fixed it. Excellent service, booked the car in within a couple of days of calling and so very very helpful and polite. I think the team was excellent - I interacted with Sean who was great. My strongest recommendation.

This is the best garage I know.
Friendly advice, high quality work, and great value. I’m really impressed by this garage and would highly recommend it. It can be a leap of faith taking your car to be fixed but these guys really know their stuff, have the latest diagnostics and often charge less than I’ve been used to.
